Fergy Easter Madess

This year the Fergy Family began to celebrate Easter on Easter eve with our traditional Easter dinner.
After dinner for the first time ever the Fergy Family dyed Easter Eggs.  Phoebe loved this new tradition and within 5 minutes had dyed almost all of her eggs.  While we dyed eggs you may wonder what the twins where doing...eating jelly beans, their favorite Easter activity by far.
I made a special secret egg message for Cory with wax crayon, something he never knew you could do.  After egg dying we  grew a tiny purple bunny Grandma/pa Potts sent us last year in water; Phoebe insisted on checking back on the bunny ALL the time even though it took 72 hrs to grow to its full potential size.
Right before bed we made sure to plant our extra special magic Easter beans.  Phoebe was excited to see what these magic beans would grow this year.
This year the magic Easter beans grew play Ice cream cones in 8 fun colors!
In the morning the kids all raced to see the fun magic bean flowers.
Phoebe was really excited to see what the bunny brought her, mainly all princess items. The twins were mainly disappointed that their bunny haul was not all edible.
For breakfast, since we have 1pm church, we had a nice Easter brunch. Cory and I found it all yummy, however the kids made sure to point out that only the fruit was edible.

No Easter could be complete without sporty new Easter outfits so here are our cuties in their new duds. The girls were very photogenic this week so I got a ton of cut pics of them, I wish I could say the same for their uncooperative brother.
After church Grandpa Green, he has no real relation to us except Phoebe adopted him as her grandpa and calls him such, gave each of the kids their own special Easter baskets in a wooden box with candy & real dollar coins ("minnies" (money) as Phoebe calls it).
We had a pretty great Easter this year; Phoebe even memorized the Easter story this year and enjoyed reciting it to us many times, the certain details she chose to remember surprised us &amp I highly recommend you ask for her rendition of it should you chance to see her around. This was by far the best Easter yet!
