10 Mos Old

I can't believe my Sophs is 10 months old. She has grown up SOO much in the last month!
Sophie now crawls on her hands and knees and no longer army crawls; she also can pull her self up on her knees and has learned that the fridge is the "cool" place to be and quickly comes a crawling anytime she sees it open.
Sophie cut 2 more teeth and spent a couple weeks as a vampire before she cute her 3rd tooth of the month for a grand total of 5 teeth and now looks like my snaggle tooth baby (her 6th tooth is about to break through any day now!)
Sophie has finally learned to pick up food and feed herself, which is and isn't a blessing because now we are constantly fishing random stickers, old noodles, etc out of her mouth. Sophie will eat most everything, except for baby food, bread items such a rolls & chocolate pancakes are her favorite!
Miss Sophie had begun to be a demanding child when she wants food or to be held, but for the most part she is still pretty easy, the only hard part is keeping an eye on her while upstairs, because she can really book it toward the stairs when she has her mind set to it. We had the baby gate up for 2 days at the top of the stairs, but quickly found it was MORE annoying than helpful...SO we will just have to keep an extra eye out for this cuite!

Misc Fergy Hapenings

For the most part the end of Feb we mainly struggled with getting all the Fergy members well again. Which meant running to the pharmacies and Dr appts. For one such "quick" pharmacy run I left bread to rise while I ran out...moral of the story nothing is as fast as you plan when 4 children are involved.  Even though my dough more or less turned into a dough explosion it went on to making delicious cinnamon and fruit sweet rolls!
Miss Cami over the last month has blossomed into a full out princess girl who refuses to wear pants without out at least a skirt over them. She is very opinionated what she wears everyday, which is HIGHLY annoying and when she does finally settles on an outfit, usually a petti skirt of some sort, she also likes to pair it with jewelry.
For the first couple days in March we got snow and LOTS of it!
I measured it so you can really see how much we got in 2 days.  The kids INSIST on making a snowman every time it snows.  Phoebe really wanted me to make one, but since I don't really have snow clothes I made a 1 minute snowman to appease the crowd and get quickly back into the warmth.
The kids did a little snow man of thier own, but mainly realized for the first time you can eat snow. This of course made them all really cold quickly combined with the fact that they refused to wear their gloves.
It is fun to have snow every now and again but I find it really annoying to dress my kids to play in th snow for 2 reasons. 1) They are like dressing limp noodles in snow clothes they offer no help themselves & 2) They only ever play for 10 minutes before they are cold and want to come back in. So as far as I am concerned a winter that only has 3-4 mainly snow storms is just fine with me!

Joshie's First Daddy Date

For Joshie's first daddy date, the boys went to Wheeler Farm to see & feed the animals.
The date was nice and early so as to beat the crowds and feed all the hungry ducks by themselves.
Josh loved running from animal to animal, but especially LOVED chasing the lose chickens and roosters around the farm.
The sisters (well mainly Phoebe) were jealous that Josh got to go the farm so we will keep this date in mind for the next sunny day Phoebe date!
