We started off May with our annual Cinco De Quartro day celebrations, which include fun music hats and of course delicious FOOD!
We always celebrate a day early because the next day is little Sophie's BIRTHDAY! I had to sneak in 2 photos before she turned 4 on me :( .
The siblings were more excited than Sophie was to be wearing birthday hats!
As is our tradition Sophie only got to open one gift in the morning so we made sure it was a good one...her new scooter!
We then had our birthday pancakes and played and rode around the house all morning before crashing for a birthday nap.
Right after her birthday dinner of Hamburgers and chips miss Sophie got to open all her fun birthday gifts concluding with her most requested birthday gift a big girl car-seat!
For Sophie's classroom treat she requested glow in the dark teeth and apples, totally random and took a bit of searching since fangs aren't really a May time thing. Sophie picked out Oreo cupcakes from Smith's as her birthday treat. After partying it up the rest of the night I got in one more birthday pic and called it a night!
Phoebe is in the French program in her school and as an end of the year show the different classes showed off some of their French artwork and sang fun French songs.
I was also asked to decorate the door of the principals office for teacher appreciation week.
In the middle of May the whole Fergy clan finally made the trek down to Payson for the temple open house. It was pretty pioneer like temple and a lot of fun to see even if it was way colder than we planned on it being.
Since we were all together and mostly frozen from standing outside we found a fun local restaurant and had lunch. The best part was they saw us coming and opened up early just for us which meant we had the whole place to our selves, totally awesome!
This year for mother's day my family spoiled me with flowers and bird houses to put in our new backyard, I LOVED it, especially the card Cory hand cut out with all the cute bird houses on.
In May Phoebe won a Super Sailor award at her school in the area of health and fitness. Grandma Fergy & I went to her school awards assembly and got cute pics of my good little sailor.
May also marked the end of the preschool year for my 3 younger kiddos and since there was no option of summer school this year, they kids got out of school extra early this year!
since the kiddos got out of school early this year we have had some days that were a little slow so our favorite activity is to see what Smith's is going that day for fun. One day we decided to go participate in their doughnut walk and Cami actually won 1 dozen doughnuts!! She was so proud of her prize.
In May Cory was supposed to have a daddy Son camping trip with the church but the weather turned cold so instead I set up the tent in the basement and tried to set the ambiance with fake trees and stars all around and a picnic bench to eat at. While the boys camped us girls went and got yogurt and shopped!
In the end of May after our Vegas trip the twins and Sophie finally had their preschool graduation program with teacher Becky and Brittney. The program theme this year was Let's Go Fly a Kite. Instead of having 2 separate programs for the 2 classes it was combined, which meant it was WAYY too crowded and I barely got to see any of the program, but atleast I got some cute pics in the end.
Grandma Fergy came to the program and gave the kiddos little good-ie graduation gift bags, which the were super excited about, because it had a balloon attached to the bag!
The very end of May brought us our newest little niece Oakly Page, and she is a cutie!!!
The moth of may also brought me my own little servant because Josh on his own decided to begin bringing me a nutritious breakfast in bed on an almost daily biases, what a cute little man.
May was a nice break for school with a vacation, but it was hard to get back in the swing of school for our oldest, only 6 more wks left!
